Frequently Asked Questions
Question 1. I made an account, why can't I log in?
Answer: All accounts must be manually approved by the staff to make sure you don't break any rules in your username.
Check back in 24 hours to see if your username has been approved and that you can log in. If you still think you're having trouble, email vivaalecto@greenmaw.com.

If you or someone you know cannot get to the site at all, you may have been accidentally IP banned by the host.

Question 2. Can I have a second account?
Answer: No. Users are only allowed one account. The only exception is RP accounts staff gives you to play with. You may not use RP accounts to harass other members and RP accounts must abide by the same rules as normal user accounts.
Question 3. I've been banned! What can I do?
Answer: PM or email VivaAlecto at vivaalecto@greenmaw.com . All bans come with a PM explaining your punishment. Not all bans are permanent.
Question 4. There's a problem with the site! Who do I tell?
Answer: Report all bugs by making a thread in General Discussion or by PMing staff.
Question 5. How do I add an icon? A signature?
Answer: ICONS:
Go to 'my account' at the top of the page and input an email address if you haven't already.

Blue: Your current avatar (if you have one)

Pink: Where you enter your avatar url. If you don't like any of the ones offered by GreenMaw (http://greenmaw.com/forums/thread.php?threadID=2187) go to imageshack.us or photobucket.com for free hosting.


SIGNATURES:
Signatures may not be more than 400px wide or 250px tall. To add a signature you must use the [img*][/*img] tags (without the stars) with a direct link (ending in .jpg, .png or .gif) to the image.
You may also add text with special characters.
ALL FILES MUST END IN .JPG OR .PNG OR .GIF OR THEY WILL NOT WORK!
Question 6. I can't make changes to my account, what's wrong?
Answer: To add a signature or an icon you must first put in an email address. You can hide your email address by hitting the 'hide email' option.
Question 7. What words am I not allowed to say?
Answer: We are pretty liberal here at GM, but the specific following words cannot be said in any language:

Pussy, cunt, shit, fuck, twat, dick or any of the variables. Don't get creative.
You may also not use any racial slurs, anything bigoted or anything that will generally get bleeped on the radio or TV.

The rest is alright, but you cannot specifically call or refer to a GM member with anything rude. (For example, you can say an NPC is bitchy, but not a user.)

This is of course, a privilege and NOT a right. The staff may revoke this flexibility if GM users go overboard and become pottymouths.
Question 8. What are events?
Answer: Events are site-wide parties, RPs and general fun and games during certain months of the year.

Question 9. What are NPCs?
Answer: NPCs are non playing characters, or accounts made to be like characters from FusionFall.
These are used for events in roleplaying and general acting silly by the staff.

Question 11. How do I report bad behavior?
Answer: To report bad behavior you must PM staff.
Either provide a link to the thread, post or have a screen shot ready.
Question 12. What are VIP members?
Answer: Confirmed, official Fusion Fall/Cartoon Network/Turner staff.
Question 13. Can I become a moderator?
Answer: Outstanding individuals in the community are selected by staff members to join the ranks. You cannot ask to be a moderator.
Question 14. What UBBC coding am I allowed to use on the forums?
Answer: Please refer to this thread for all your ubbc needs!

Question 16. What are veterans? How do I become one?
Answer: The teal veteran status is reserved for former staff who have stepped down from the esteemed ranks.

The red veteran status is members who have been part of GM for at least 6 months and have at least 50 posts. You ask for veteranship.
